บริษัทก่อตั้งเมื่อวันที่ 20 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2557 พวกเรากลุ่มบริษัท แพนด์ ไอที ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ทำธุรกิจทางด้านเทคโนโลยีและอุปกรณ์อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายที่จะให้บริการที่ครอบคลุมและตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้บริโภคที่แตกต่างกัน ปัจจุบันเราได้มีบริษัทที่ก่อตั้งขึ้น 2 บริษัท ได้แก่ บริษัท แพนด์ ไอที อินเตอร์เทรด จำกัด และ บริษัท แพนด์ ไอที ซิสเต็ม จำกัด โดยวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท แพนด์ ไอที ซิสเต็ม จำกัด คือ เป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายและผู้ให้บริการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ระบบโทรคมนาคม ระบบทีวีรวมภายในอาคาร (SMATV) ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย ระบบบริหารจัดการพลังงาน และระบบพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ ส่วนวัตถุประสงค์ของบริษัท แพนด์ ไอที อินเตอร์เทรด จำกัด คือ เป็นผู้จัดจำหน่ายอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงโทรศัพท์มือถือ สมาร์ทวอทช์ อุปกรณ์ IoT และอุปกรณ์เทคโนโลยีต่างๆเพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตและตอบโจทย์ของผู้บริโภคในปัจจุบัน ภายใต้แบรนด์สินค้าระดับโลก

Company was established on 20th February 2014 We, Pand IT Group, a company doing business in technology and electronics. We aims to provide a comprehensive service and meet the needs of different consumers. At present, we have two established companies: Pand IT Intertrade Co., Ltd. and Pand IT System Co., Ltd. The objective of Pand IT System Co., Ltd. is to be a distributor and provider of telecommunication equipment installation. Indoor Combined TV System (SMATV), Security System, Energy management system and solar power system. The objective of Pand IT Intertrade Co., Ltd. is to be a distributor of peripherals, mobile phones, smart watches, IoT devices and other technology devices to improve the quality of life and meet the needs of today’s consumers.
